Business Valuation

Business valuation in Dubai and the UAE.

What is your business worth, and what will a buyer or investor actually pay? We value companies for owners, boards and investors ahead of a decision that depends on the number.

When It's Needed

When owners ask us for a valuation.

  • Selling the business or a stake in it
  • Raising equity from investors
  • Bringing in, or buying out, a shareholder
  • Reorganising a group or planning succession
  • Testing an offer you have received

Method

How we value a business.

Earnings multiples

Set against comparable listed companies and disclosed transactions in the region and abroad.

Discounted cash flow

Built on a model we test with you line by line.

Asset-based checks

Used where the balance sheet drives value.

We reconcile the methods into a range and explain what moves it: growth, margins, customer concentration, management depth and the quality of the financial records.

Deliverables

What you receive.

  • A valuation report: the range, the methods, the assumptions and the evidence behind them.
  • The financial model, so you can run your own scenarios.
  • The issues a buyer's due diligence is likely to raise, and how they could affect the price.

Good to Know

Before you start.

Timing depends mostly on how quickly the financial information is available. We agree it in the scope, together with the fee.

If the valuation is for a court, a regulator or an official filing, tell us at the start. Some of these need a registered valuer, and we will tell you if yours does.

Need a valuation?

Tell us what the valuation is for and when you need it. The first conversation is confidential.
